Trails and multiple tourist destinations in close proximity. pets are allowed, (we have two large dogs on the property), but you must not leave your pet(s) unattended, extra cleaning fee also required. Due to a shared driveway, parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles. A carport and 2 spaces next to it are for guests

This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.
