Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

The BEST BEACHFRONT location in all of Parker at the Sundance Beach Villa Resort! Kick back with your favorite cold drink and feet in white sand or enjoy the outdoor palapa tiki bar right on the beach! Villa #2 has one of the most desirable locations with the biggest beach area on the resort. No boat needed with this view, but it's an ideal location if you want to launch your boat or water toys and moor it on your own private buoy right out front of this property. AMAZING RIVERFRONT VILLA!

Arizona Oasis River Getaway!

This is a cute 2 bedroom trailer in a gated community. It sets on a corner lot with a very short walk to the beach area in the park. There is a boat ramp if you need to launch any water vehicles you bring. This space sleeps 4 maximum. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and BBQ on the deck for grilling. It also has a clean fresh new set up in the full size bathroom. There is also access to sand dunes from this location for Sand riding as well.

Siren's Adventure River Cottage! River Lodge NB31

On the California side. Located in beautiful River Lodge Resort, A fun pirate and mermaid theme awaits you! With a master, loft, bathroom, living room, and kitchen this house will surely meet all your getaway needs! Enjoy your stay while kicking back on the patio, on the water, or keep cool inside under the two air conditioners. This house comes fully equipped for a great fun-filled getaway. 3 queen beds, 2 tvs, and a comfy couch. Your Siren is calling!

Pahaska River House

This house is about 5 minutes away from Big River launch ramp and park area. A bit more shallow then the Blue Water Casino launch but great for jet skis or shallow hulled boats. Its very cozy with great AC and a nice view of the wash which flows into the river. Downtown Parker is about 15 minutes from the house and Parker strip another 15. A day pass for Big River is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Enjoy the Colorado River!
