Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".

Se alquila apartamento-estudio atico de 36m con terraza de 7m. Ideal para una pareja. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, lejos de los ruidos de la ciudad. La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.
