A unique modern, custom built home. Contemporary architecture in the desert. This open air house is a visual treat, both the interior and the landscape; full of delightful surprises and subtle details. Complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Casa Wilma can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The modern kitchen has all the comforts you will need to prepare any meal, gourmet or otherwise. Expect a one of a kind stay. Be amazed and enjoy the gorgeous unobstructed views of the Glass Mountains and Iron Mountain. Relax on the patio with a glass of wine and observe the wildlife,birds, deer, fox, javelina ~ just to name a few. In a short 3 minute drive you will be in downtown Marathon where you will find shopping at Front Street Books, Evans Gallery and Pitaya Verde. Stop by the famous White Buffalo Bar for an award winning margarita. Just a 45 minute drive to the entrance of Big Bend National Park where you will find incredible hiking, river rafting, bike riding as well as an opportunity to cross over into Mexico and Boquillas.

Casa Luna, Desert Retreat

Casa Luna was originally built as a yoga studio. Accommodations include: privacy, and space for an immersive desert experience with excellent star gazing. Located less than two miles west of the Terlingua Ghostown, this space offers unobstructed views of the Chisos Mountains, a full kitchen, and full separate bathroom. A 1,400 square foot open studio space with three queen sized beds accommodates six people comfortably. Not suitable for mobility impaired, or children under 12. We live on site.

The Perch • Off-Grid, Modern Cliff House

The Perch is a retro meets modern, fully off-grid “cabin-inspired” home — Set into the cliff edge of a 60+ million-year-old limestone plateau, you’ll have one-of-a-kind views overlooking the historic Terlingua Ghost Town and into the expanse of the Chisos mountain range of Big Bend National Park. Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Chihuahuan desert, it is the perfect property for couples, a small family, a group of hikers or anyone who wants to enjoy the solitude and wonder of the Big Bend region.

Casa Mabel Unit 2

Centrally located right by the University of Arizona, this newly renovated 1926 house is close to University Boulevard, Downtown, PCC, and 4th Avenue. The property is a duplex with the back unit available for Airbnb guests. The front unit is occupied by other tenants. Parking options: - 2 spots on an elevated area in the back yard behind a 7-foot tall steel gate. - On the drive in front of the steel gate for tall/low profile car. - On-street parking with a permit provided to you upon request

Desert Oasis with Pool

Pueblo Style home on 1+ Acre with Pool! This charming 4BR/2BA Pueblo Style home features stunning details throughout. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

Vineyard Sunset -Valle de Guadalupe

Bask in the vineyard, mountain, & valley views while capturing the sunrise in the atrium & sunset on the terrace. This home was meant for entertaining with both in & outdoor spaces for up to 6 people maximum comfortably. Located in the heart of the Valle with easy access off of Route 3. We are within 5-15 minutes from several wineries and amazing Michelin starred and Latin America Top 50 restaurants. The wine museum is a short 5 minutes away. Arena Valle de Guadalupe is 20 minutes away.

Indian Ridge Casita

The Casita (large studio type) sits up above Sulphur Springs Valley at 4400', much cooler temps, over looking Cochise Stronghold and the Dragoon Mountains. Secluded, and views galore. Chirachua National Monument, Whitewater Preserve, Fort Bowie, Willcox, good food, wineries, old western town. If you have horses, we have accommodations on our other property for them . Only two pets are allowed. Must have approval from host if more are requested. Pets MUST be listed in booking details.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.
