Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. This updated & clean home is perfect for your college visits or family get togethers. The basement has a game area, a living room, a queen bed and private bathroom. This is country living with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors or the peace and quiet of the countryside.
