Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Jolie maison de 65m2, entièrement climatisé, comprenant au RDC: une grande pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine, salon et salle à manger, un wc. A l’étage: 2 chambres dont une avec terrasse, salle de bain et wc séparé. En extérieur, jolie et grand jardin avec PISCINE PRIVÉ(non partagé)transats à disposition. Terrasse abritée avec coin canapés. Table à manger et parasol. Barbecue à charbon. Petite maisonnette d’extérieur pour enfant « à partir » de 3ans. Possibilité d’un bébé en plus des 4voyageurs.
