Tæt på huset findes områdets bedste badestrand med fri adgang til badebro og legeplads. Husets have kan benyttes til leg og der er havemøbler i den tilhørende gårdhave. I en afstand af ca. 20 km findes de større byer Sønderborg, Aabenraa og Flensborg.

Located in a rural setting: 6000 m2 garden/park with lots of play things.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

The apartment offers an open kitchen/dining area for 4, living room with TV, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower bench, private terrace, access to a larger common terrace with lake and castle views, laundry (washer/dryer for a fee), and free on-site parking.

God overnatningsmulighed med beliggenhed ca. 15 min. fra den dansk/tyske grænse. Tæt på Sønderborg(13 km)og Gråsten(5 km). I soveværelset er der dyner og hovedpuder til 2 personer. I Køkkenet er der køleskab, kogeplader, ovn, kaffemaskine og elkedel. Boligen har gulvvarme. Der er toilet i boligen og udendørs bruser med koldt og varmt vand. Der er også et indendørs bad, som ligger ved siden af minihuset. Man må gerne benytte baghaven.

Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.

Rigtig flot og charmerende, cirkusvogn med bred dobbeltseng. Isoleret og indlagt varme. Kun 350 m fra dejlig badestrand og skov samt Gendarmstien. Prisen er incl. morgenmad(hjemmebagte økologiske boller m.m.) Kaffe og te til fri afbenyttelse samt sengetøj og håndklæder. Parkeringsplads lige ved siden af cirkusvognen. 300 m til offentlig transport med bus nr. 110 fra Sønderborg, Gråsten og Flensborg.
