Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Okružena je prirodom, mirom i tišinom te pruža sve za odmor i odmak od gradske vreve. Idealna je za romantični bijeg iz svakodnevnice. Iz kuće se pruža predivan pogled na Zagreb. Udaljena je 20 minuta vožnje od Zagreba. Zemljište oko kuće, veličine 2500 m2, u potpunosti je ograđeno, tako da bezbrižno na odmor možete povesti i Vaše kućne ljubimce.

Kikapcsolódás, feltöltődés, csend és nyugalom. A hangzatos szavak ezen a vidéken valódi tartalommal telnek meg. Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The cottage offers a kitchen, one bedroom with a family bed and extra bed for two persons, one bathroom and a wooden balcony with an overhang from where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and peace. The apartment offers a covered parking place, an outdoor fireplace and free Wi-Fi. It is located about 10km from Terme Olimia and is a great starting point for hikers and bicyclists.

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
