Luxury and comfort with North facing aspect. Plenty of light and air. Facing the yard away from the house. This separate studio sits at the back of the property. Very secure and fully fenced. With its own beautiful entertainment area. We live in a tree lined street very close to coffee club Buderim’s best eateries and shops. Close to bus stops and Buderim falls. We have unlimited WIFI. We live a busy life coming and going but are very happy to assist you with anything. Lived here for 39yrs

We’re a 200m stroll from Maroochy River, a few minutes by car from Mudjimba beach, & Mooloolaba & its restaurants are 16kms. Maroochy airport is 5 mins drive, and Aust Zoo is 25mins away.

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

If you are looking for a relaxing quiet get away this private room is perfect for you. The property has its own separate entrance with self check in. Lie in bed all day in the cool air-conditioning. Enjoy expansive views to the ocean from Maroochydore to Mount Coolum and Yandina. Step out to your private deck and relax on the outdoor lounge. The private ensuite has been newly renovated with stone and subway tiles. Includes small microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Weeroona 2, Palm cottage.

The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Shambala Studio in the Trees

Studio living beneath the residence on a hill in beautiful Buderim. No shared facilities, private entrance. Peaceful, private & well located for short drive to beautiful beaches such as Maroochydore and Alex Headland; Close to national parks & scenic walks; Great local cafes, breweries, restaurants. Short drive to local shopping centres. You'll love my place because of the location and restful atmosphere. Fantastic getaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
