Kui Buri District: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Have read other reviews that describe Baan opun as a hidden gem. Would totally agree.If access into town is a consideration short walk into soi 94 is required.Plenty of tuk-tuk available for return journey as baht bus doesn't seem to run after 6 pm.

We loved our stay! Noon and Richard are incredibly kind people who made us feel at home right away. Everything was perfect. We even ended up staying 10 days instead of 5! The house is located on their farm and has everything you need: your own private terrace, an outdoor kitchen and big living area. We especially enjoyed having a kitchen since we have been traveling for already a couple of months and missed preparing our own food. Moreover, you can also eat some delicious meals prepared by Noon on the little farm bistro if you want. Bear in mind that the farm is located a bit outside the city so you definitely need a scooter or car to get around. But when you do, everything (shops/restaurants and beaches) is quite close. We loved spending some time on the countryside and not in a busy city. We rented a scooter in town at the beginning and then rented one from our hosts. PS: it’s a farm with chicken roaming around but that’s something we found very charming. It didn’t bother us.

Lovely house on the beautiful beach & great location. We were 10 staying in for a week. We love the hospitality of the owner & the helpful, polite & very kind cleaning lady who assisted for whatever we need such as ordering delicious foods from the restaurants in the neighborhood, finding the transports etc. This place really makes us feel like home.

We were a group of 8 adults and 3 kids.We had a marvelous time! Ernest helped arrange a very large van to bring all of us from Bangkok to VR and back because we didn't have a car. The housekeeper met us and gave us a house tour and all it's amenities. She was with us during the day and helped us by driving the house's Saleng (motorcycle powered "car" it's bigger than a Tuk Tuk). There were also 4 adult bikes. The house we saw in pictures was exactly what we got! It's spacious and spotlessly clean! Common areas were well arranged. Bedrooms were laid out like a hotel's.Each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking & has plenty of plates, silverware, etc A 7-11 store and some Thai & western restaurants are a few minutes walk.The beach is a 6 minute walk.Only some kite surfers were on the water, we had the beach to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.We are already discussing returning to VR and we very highly recommend Villa Roca!

Ban Nong Yai is een echt authentiek Thais dorp. In de omgeving zie je heel weinig toeristen. Er is dan ook niet veel te doen wat vertier betreft, maar de natuur is aantrekkelijk. In t dorp is op loopafstand een barretje waar je naast een borrel ook op aanvraag een hapje kunt eten. Het is leuk om de omgeving per scooter te ontdekken en de kust af te rijden. De villa is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Denzil is zeer behulpzaam en regelt alles wat je nodig hebt.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Schon vor der Anreise lief alles reibungslos – wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was uns nach einer langen Reise sehr geholfen hat. Das Haus ist wunderschön, perfekt ausgestattet und der private Pool sowie der große Gemeinschaftspool waren absolute Highlights. Die Haushaltshilfe war unglaublich freundlich und hat sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert. Auch bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen wurde immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

We stayed here for a week as a group of three. The house was fresh and clean. Mongkon was friendly and responsive. Very peaceful quiet area, really enjoyed our stay here.
