Το σπίτι είναι κατασκευής του 1890. Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο άνετο χώρο (στούντιο) με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθιστικό με καναπε -κρεβάτι και επιπλέον ένα διπλό κρεβάτι .
