Välkommen till vår nybyggda, moderna hus utanför Ryssby. Med bastu och utsikt mot sjö, skog nära och tillgång till cykelbana erbjuder omgivningen allt för ett fridfullt semester. Huset är fullt utrustat och familjevänligt. Vare sig du är intresserad att fiska, bada, plocka svamp eller dricka ditt morgonkaffe på uteplatsen. Dessutom bor vår söta getfamilj i närheten och ger dig en unik upplevelse. Paddleboards finns att hyra skriv gärna vid intresse! OBS! Jacuzzyn på bilden är ej tillgänglig!!!

Pippi’s Cottage (vegan)

Das kleine Cottage liegt ganz für sich alleine auf einer kleinen Farm. Die Pferde & Schafe grasen teilweise direkt hinter dem Haus und man kann diese Idylle von der Terrasse und den Liegestühlen aus im Garten genießen. Die Tiere sind allesamt zahm und freuen sich betüddelt zu werden :-). Achtung: das Schlafloft erreicht man über eine Treppenleiter! Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen & die schwedische Natur zu genießen Ihr reinigt das Haus selber bei Abreise oder bucht eine Endreinigung im Voraus

Stora sällskapsytor och trädgård med syrenberså och barbecue. Skogen ligger på promenadavstånd. Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Östergård är ett hus med historia där du bor bekvämt men med gammaldags charm. Sjön Bolmen ligger några hundra meter från gården och på promenadavstånd når du härliga badstränder eller båten som du får låna om du vill åka ut och prova fiskelyckan. Till huset hör en rymlig trädgård med utemöbler och grill. På bottenplan finns kök och matplats, ett stort vardagsrum, ett mindre rum och en härlig veranda. På övre plan finns de båda sovrummen med fyra bäddar, badrum och toalett.

Brand new, modern, private and secluded lake house

Welcome to our brand new (2022) and modern house nestled in the heart of the beautiful Småland woods in Sweden. Surrounded by lush trees and situated right next to a small tranquil lake, our house offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our house is located in the nature reserve of Lake Åsnen, only 200 meters from the lake itself. This is an area known for its stunning natural beauty and abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
