Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Ni bor i ett nyproducerat hus på 36 kvm med plats för 2-3 p samt egen insynsskyddad, möblerad uteplats. Kaffe, te och müsli/flingor ingår. Under högsäsongen maj-sept accepteras endast bokningar för minimum 2 personer.

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Mysig och fräsch etta nära stora matbutiker, spårvagnshållplats, naturområde och Liseberg. Har man bil kan man lätt ta sig till tex Delsjöområdet eller till havet för ett dopp. Näset, Smithiska Udden eller Fiskebäck ligger 10 minuter bort. Lägenheten är komplett med allt man kan önska sig. Det finns en 140cm säng och en skön soffa man kan bädda. Parkering och internet ingår. Tar man bilen hit slipper man dessutom köra genom stadskärnan och all krånglig trafik.

This cozy loft apartment is located in a tranquil area just 7 minutes by tram from the hub “Korsvägen” in The Event District, Gothenburg’s meeting place for families as well as congress visitors. ”Korsvägen” is also where the airport busses run. The tram stop is just a 5 minute walk (500m) from the apartment. If you wish to take the bus to the greener parts of town, the bus stop is only 170m from your accommodation.
