Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Det ingår cyklar, kajaker och SUP:ar (2 av varje) och närheten till sport och friluftsliv är god. Värmland lockar med sin kultur, besök Lerinmuseet, Alma Löv, Berättarladan eller....

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

För den badsugne finns möjlighet att ta ett dopp vid klipporna, en kort promenad från huset. Upplev en oförglömlig vistelse och återknyt till naturen. Välkommen till ditt nästa äventyr vid Vänerns strand! En dubbelsäng (160 cm bred) och en extrasäng finns. Observera varmvattenberedaren är för ett mindre hushåll.

Simple overnight on idyllic lake

Freshly renovated guest cabin on our idyllic property overlooking lake Gapern. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

It’s a place where you can wander for hours through quiet forests, completely wrapped in the beauty around them. And for a perfect ending to the day, take our boat onto the lake. It’s a magical way to experience Sweden’s wild, romantic charm.

Cozy Apartment on Easy Street, Karlstad

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. En kvart från Karlstad ligger vårt gästhus med utsikt över fårängar och sjön Alstern. Med umgänge framför brasan eller på terrassen i kvällssolen får semestern en härlig guldkant. Det är en perfekt utgångspunkt för den som gillar att vara ute i naturen eller vill besöka Karlstad. Vi har många bra tips att dela med oss av för den som önskar. I närliggande sjön Gapern har vi en bastuflotte som kan hyras samtidigt vid förfrågan.

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

Hyttekos i Värmland

20 min fra Karlstad ( Sola skinner alltid i Karlstad!) 2 min gange til bussholdeplassen og 10 min gange til innebadet. Klarälven renner rett forbi hytta. Klarelvsbanan( 220km lang sykkel trasé) går rett ved. Pizzeria og pub 5 min gange inn mot sentrum. Stille og rolige omgivelser. Om sommeren har du populært badevann 3 min kjøring fra hytta, golfbane,spa på Dømle herrregård . Vinterstengt Oktober til april.

Sommarboende på gård med 100 m till bad och båt.

Lägenhet i två plan i lantlig miljö. Det är 100 meter till stranden med badplats och roddbåt. Flytväst och metspö finns. Utedasset delas med andra gäster. OBS ! Inget badrum men nära till stranden. Köket är fullt utrustat. Kallt vatten i kranen. Täcke och kuddar finns. Lakan och handduk kan hyras för 75:-/sång. Dubbelsängen är 140 cm bred, de andra sängarna mellan 90-120 cm breda.

A sacred space used for yoga classes and gong/crystal bowl baths. There is a cozy wood stove and sleeping loft for two people. It also has a veranda for coffee under the trees. It is a short two minute walk to the lake and the center of Molkom Village. It is also close to the Angsbacka Festival and Course Center with all its events.
