Yaşar Bey, bizimle son derece ilgiliydi ve sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Ev, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü ve anlatıldığı gibiydi; manzarası ise olağanüstüydü. Evde hiçbir eksik yoktu ve her şey beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Bu harika tatil için kendisine teşekkür ederiz

Anne Marie kibar ve iyi bir ev sahibi.Giris ve çıkışlarda bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Ev tıpkı resimlerde olduğu gibi, şık ve oldukça temiz. İhtiyaç duyacağınız araç gereçlerin neredeyse tümü mevcut. Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. Evin konumu Marina’ya 2 dakika uzaklıkta, hemen önünde plaj var. İçerisinde bulunduğu site güvenilir ve huzur dolu, yataktan denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Evde aradığınız her şey mevcut. Kahve makinesi bile düşünülmüş. Cüneyt Bey çok ilgili davrandı, yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum. Umarım yolumuz yine düşerse kesinlikle buraya uğrayacağım.

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

We will be back next year. We did stay in the appartment 6 weeks. Gunes is a welcoming host who quick responded to any questions or requests. She live with her family in a building next door. The apartment was clean and all did work. Internet,electricity, heating, stove etc. The location is really good as yoy have 3 min walk to the Harbour and 10 min walk to bus and beach. From the busstation is local buses to most places on the Bodrum peninsula and long distance buses to most of Türkiye . You do not have to hire a car. Even with a location 3 minutes from promenade, business district and restaurants is the area quite calm and silent. Our top 5 recomandation.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Ev merkeze yakın ama aslında köy hayatı yaşamanıza izin veriyor. Sabah horoz sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz akşam yıldızları seyredebilirsiniz. Açıkçası kos ta gezmekten çok evde vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tüm olanaklar var temizlik sorunu yok evde çamaşır makinesi bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Malzeme alırsanız dışarda yemenize gerek yok. Aslında eski bir ev bazı eşyalar da eski ama çok keyifli. Bolca tabak bardak var çok kişi kalacak olursanız da. Üst kattaki teras da çok keyifliydi. Markete vs gitmek için şehre yaklaşmalısınız ama bence şehirde kalmaktansa burası muhteşem. Biraz fiyat fazla geldi bize ordan puan kırdım sadece:(

The host was very responsive and always tried to help if we asked something. A very nice apartment right in the city centre with everything on a walk distance to you. A lot of fun souvenirs shop around you and very lovely places to eat The Airbnb was clean and perfect for two people.

Dimi was a great host and gave us brilliant recommendations! His place was perfect for us to go out and discover Kos, we really enjoyed our time. Our stay was made even better by all sorts of amenities available (spare suncream, masks for swimming in the sea) and Dimi was very kind. Highly recommend!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Het appartement is zoals op de foto, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Goed bed en lekkere douche. Een super fijn verblijf, aanrader!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

I highly recommend staying here! My stay was great and I have no negatives. Everything was perfect from the room cleanliness to the location. The family hosting was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. :) no complaints.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Rikis wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichteter Wohnung genossen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist grandios, sie hat uns auch Taxis und Transfers organisiert und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Wären wir in Kos geblieben, dann sicher in Rikis Casa Verde!

Murat dost canlısı, sıcakkanlı ve samimi bir ev sahibi.Bizimle çok ilgilendi.Ev çok temiz ve görsellerdekinden daha güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Temiz ve sakin bir muhittte. It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect place with the perfect host. Stamakis was so helpful. Communication with Stamakis was fast and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, big enough and comfortable, pretty close to the center by walking. There was tea, coffee and even wine available. We didn’t want to leave the apartment. Highly recommended.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parken auf der Straße ohne Probleme möglich. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder :)

Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!
