Koundouros: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La villa est superbe, très confortable et avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. L’accueil était parfait et le service au rendez-vous tout au long du séjour - une femme de ménage et un pisciniste passaient tous les jours. Un grand merci à Alexia !

15 με 22 αυγούστου είχαμε την τύχη να βρεθούμε στη βίλα κορίνα.Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ο χώρος ακριβώς έτσι όπως παρουσιάζεται. Η σύζυγός μου εγώ, ο 13χρονος γιος μου και η 10χρονη κόρη μου πραγματικά βρήκαμε αυτό που θέλαμε. Ηρεμία και διασκέδαση παράλληλα. Μία εμπειρία που αξίζει να τη ζήσεις! Με χαρά θα ξαναβρισκόμαστε εκεί! Κύριε Τάσο σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Ο κ. Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός. το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος με την πισίνα πολύ ωραίος. Συνολικά η διαμονή μας ικανοποίησε.

Très agréable séjour chez Olga dans une maison chaleureuse, très bien équipée. Nous avons profité pleinement des espaces extérieurs avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons eu des difficultés pour trouver la maison mais Olga nous a bien aidé par téléphone en faisant déplacer la voisine pour nous accompagner jusqu'à la maison. Nous pensons que l'arrivée par le derrière de la maison est beaucoup plus facile d'accès. La montée principale fait souffrir les petites voitures de location 😉 ! Un panier d'accueil nous attendait sur la table. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour tout.

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα στην Κέα ήταν πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Από τη στιγμή που περάσαμε το κατώφλι, καταλάβαμε ότι είχαμε βρει τον ιδανικό προορισμό για την οικογένειά μας. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν απλά εκπληκτική. Κάθε πρωί, ξυπνούσαμε με τον ήχο των κυμάτων και την αίσθηση της αλμυρής αύρας που μας γεμίζει με θετική ενέργεια. Οι ηλιόλουστες μέρες τις περνούσαμε απολαμβάνοντας τη θάλασσα από τη βεράντα μας, ενώ τα βράδια αφιερώναμε στο να παρακολουθούμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα με θαυμασμό. Η κατοικία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε φανταστεί. Το γεγονός ότι ήταν δίπλα στη θάλασσα και είχε μια όμορφη πισίνα την έκανε ακόμα πιο ελκυστική. Τα παιδιά μας απόλαυσαν ατελείωτες ώρες παιχνιδιού στην πισίνα, ενώ η εμπειρία τους από την παραλία ήταν απλά αξεπέραστη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Κάθε γωνιά αντανακλούσε την προσοχή που δίνεται στη λεπτομέρεια και την φροντίδα για την άνεση των φιλοξενουμένων.

On ressent immédiatement l’amour de cette famille pour cette résidence secondaire décoré avec goût et souci du détail. Можливо найкраще помешкання в якому я перебував за весь час оренди на Airbnb. Чистота 10/10, спілкування з господарем 11/10, краєвид 12/10. Ми провели чудовий час і бажаємо всім відвідати це помешкання! Воно того вартує! P.S. хочу тільки відмітити для майбутніх гостей що будинок знаходиться на схилі і щоб добратись до нього краще використати вуличку з якої ви будете їхати зверху вниз, коли ми їхали знизу вверх було досить страшно :D Бажаю господарю помешкання всього найкращого в майбутньому! Дякую за все!

This place is picture perfect; we absolutely loved it! The pool, the outdoor space, the nearly private beach - all of it makes for the ideal Greek getaway. The home is very secluded. It takes about 15 minutes over very rough roads to get to this part of the island and once you’re there, you’re there. In other words, there is nothing to do but enjoy the house and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for and this home delivered in spades. We have zero complaints but one suggestion for the owners. It would be great if there was a paid service where guests could provide a grocery list and have the groceries waiting at the house upon arrival for a fee. It’s a very bumpy ride into town and back, and this would help guests get settled in even faster. Again, this is not a complaint at all, but rather a suggestion for an add-on service that others might also appreciate and be willing to pay for. We will definitely be back!!

Locations très spacieuse divisée en 3 'appartements', parfaite pour plusieurs familles! L'emplacement est très calme avec une vue magnifique et situé à proximité de la ville de Lavrio, qui est très animé. La location est parfaitement équipée, très propre et le ménage y est fait de façon régulière. La piscine et tout l'espace extérieur sont exclusivement pour cette maison et sont aussi très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Pour finir les hôtes ont été très accueillant et extrêmement réactifs.

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

Our expectations of this house were exceeded. The pictures on this website are beautiful, but to see it in person was so much more. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in and they never wanted to get out of it! The house is a new build, so it has all the modern functionalities, however, it still has the charm of an old local building with its white walls and floors. The house has a wrap-around deck, which allows you to follow the sun through the day, or to escape to the shade. The location was perfect. It has amazing views of the port area, with the ferries coming and going. It is equidistant to walk to the port or to the most popular beach (Gialiskari Beach), and the restaurants of Vourkari. There is one steep road to the house, but it's a very quick walk and very manageable. Our host was very responsive to our questions while there and he also gave us great suggestions. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and hope we can do so in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property on a picturesque island, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house offered unlimited views of the sea, which was truly breathtaking. The interior was well-maintained, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their local knowledge and helpful recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

Amazing experience. We definitely come back soon. Apartment was super clean and had a nice view. The housekeeper couple was really nice and always helpful with recommendations etc. and even picked us up close to the port. Love that place and the people! Thank you for having us.

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en zo verzorgd en schoon! Van begin tot eind was de communicatie met Natassa perfect! Zoveel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Met een huurauto waren we overal waar we moesten en wilden zijn! Echt een heel fijn verblijf en we willen zeker terugkomen!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig und in den Betten hat man super geschlafen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und in der Küche hat auch nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

The place was truly amazing. A cosy house and beautiful garden with lots of little cute corners to sit around and enjoy the view. Effi and her husband made sure everything was there for us, they even installed a baby bed and thought about which room was the warmest for our baby. They were super friendly and also bought us some beers and a sweet bread. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Semaine magique passée dans une villa élégante et authentique, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer et dans un environnement enchanteur. Le plus ? L’immense gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont magnifiquement accueillis et se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long du séjour, pour quelque sujet que ce soit. Médaille d’or !
