호스트가 체크인, 체크아웃할때 만나서 하기때문에 못 찾을 염려가 없습니다. 그리고 이른 체크인 요청드렸는데 흔쾌히 허락해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 청소 상태 좋고, 인덕션/세탁기/각종 조리도구 다 있습니다. 텔레비전은 한국 방송도 나오고 네플릭스도 나와서 너무 편합니다. 와이파이도 되고, 여행 어댑터 준비해갔는데 이미 있어서 편하게 한국에서 가져간 것들 쓸 수 있습니다. 부족함없이 편하게 지내다왔습니다.

Vysoká hodnota ubytování za dobrou cenu, Simeon byl s námi v kontaktu po celou dobu pobytu. Při příjezdu na nás čekal na recepci, vše vysvětlil. Byl velmi milý a ochotný. Vybavení ubytování bylo perfektní, vše funkční. Pračka se sušičkou je velmi užitečná. Navštívili jsme i bazén v 6. patře, voda byla čistá a atmosféra u bazénu velmi příjemná. Poloha je v docházkové vzdálenosti na trhy, obchodní centrum a hlavně do přístavu. Určitě znovu navštívíme. Důrazně doporučuji. Děkuji za skvělý pobyt.

숙소는 사진과 일치했습니다 주변 맛집과 쇼핑몰 거의 모두 도보이동 가능했구요~~ 첫날 비행기 연착되어 새벽 3시에 체크인 해야 했지만 친절하게 새벽까지 기다려 주셨고요 ㅎㅎ 첫날 체크인할때 아주작은 바선생 한마리 보았지만 머무는 내내 못봤습니다.. 화장실 샤워기는 좀 짧아서 씻는데 조금 불편했지만 온수도 잘나오고 괜찮았어요 작은 냉장고에 냄새가 좀 나지만...물티슈로 닦아내니 조금 괜찮아졌어요(아마 이전에 머문사람이 두리안을 넣어놓은거 같아요) 수영장도 넓고 후기에서 본거보다 엘리베이터도 빠르게 왔었던거 같아요 4박동안 잘 머물고 왔습니다.. 여분의 수건과 청소기 어댑터 리퀴드모기약 그리고 여분의 쓰레기봉투 우산 시장바구니등등 세심한거까지 신경써 놓은게 느껴졌어요 다음에도 또 방문할 의향있어요~~

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

The bungalow was big and location is strategic to town and some other good restaurants. Just feel like at home. All amenities are well provided. Overall experience was good only downside is the water pressure is too low for shower. Host was responsive and helpful in many ways.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering great recommendations and always being available to assist with anything I needed. I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

나의 가족들은 5일동안 여기 집에서 지냈습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 물건과 집기들이 충분히 있었습니다. 숙소에 들어온 순간 나쁜냄새가 없었으며 에어컨은 모두 잘 작동되었고 간단한 요리를 해서 먹기에도 문제 없었습니다. 영화를 보며 휴식을 취했고 아름다운 인피니티 수영장에서 수영도 하였습니다. 1층에는 24시간 편의점이 있고 많은 음식점들이 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호스트님은 친절하십니다. 우리의 비행기가 딜레이 되었을때 우리는 9시간을 집에서 더 머물 필요가 있었고 호스트님은 절반의 금액으로 머물게 해 주었습니다.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by plenty of amenities and charming cafés. Doris was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Recommended for a stay like a local in Kota Kinabalu! Comfortable for a family of 4 with enough room to spread out in the spacious living/kitchen/dining. The location is near enough the city centre (on the port/jetty side of town) but also acccessible to where the locals shop and hang out (Likas/Damai/Luyang) - perfect for KK returnees back for family. Decently appointed kitchen - including an oven (rare in KK) - so I was able to do some baking while we were in KK for the holidays. The apartment is above a really good a supermarket (City Gourmet) and excellent restaurant (Limau & Linen) - worth a look in!
