Included in the tariff is a delicious continental breakfast including homemade granola, homemade bread, jams, peanut butter, Vegemite and orange juice. We are close to everywhere! 90 minutes from Corner Inlet, Wilsons Prom & the snow at Mt. Baw Baw, 60 minutes from Tarra Bulga National Park, 5 minutes from the Grand Ridge Brewery and its restaurant and bar - and light years away from stress!

A wonderful cosy cottage, located centrally in the beautiful historic village of Loch, in the heart of South Gippsland, Victoria. Located on the main street just a gentle walk to the shops, cafes and brewery (& easy walking distance to events/markets). Loch itself is centrally located along the A440 for those exploring the beautiful Gippsland countryside on a driving holiday, it is also ideally located for breaking up a long drive to Wilsons Promontory or Phillip Island along this route.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. 30% discount for 7 day stays or longer, 30% discount for monthly stays. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.

The Wine Farm Cottage

A three-bedroom self-contained cottage on a vineyard in beautiful Koonwarra. Close to beaches, South Gippsland Rail Trail, farmers markets and handy for visits to Wilson's Prom. Fully self-contained with basic kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. Pet friendly by arrangement (please note there is no fenced area around the cottage).
