Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. The main floor has 2 bedrooms: One queen Size and other custom built Log Twin Bunk beds.

Feeling all at once close to town center and yet completely enveloped in mountaintop thicket, this idyllic perch above Bovina sets the scene for many a cozy adventure - snowshoeing and fireside cider in the winter, and outdoor showers, hiking and porch hanging in the summer. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!
