Nice host, peacefully surrounding, great nature

Ema’s place is beautifully located in peaceful nature surroundings. There is a lot of space for the kids to play and they loved the many animals. Our kids could use the bicycles and cars of Ema’s kids and they even put up a little floated pool to cool down. Ema is very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed a local and fresh breakfast every day. Loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom was spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom really clean with a powerful shower. The fridge was great.

이 정도 가격이면 최고의 선택지라 생각합니다. 숙소 앞에 대형 버스가 서는 걸 보니 버스 정거장과도 아주 가까운 것 같습니다. (이건 직접 확인은 해보셔야 합니다) 플리트비체 입구와 차로 3분 거리입니다. 제가 방문했을 때에는 날씨가 안좋아 컨디션을 고려하여 차를 타고 공원을 갔지만, 날씨가 좋다면 충분히 걸어서 공원까지 갈 수 있다 생각합니다. 주변도 아름다운데, 날씨가 좋지 못해 모두 즐기지 못한게 너무 아쉬울 따름입니다. 추천합니다.

The location is perfect—calm, within walkable distance from the lake and from the bigger towns nearby. The apartment is reasonable for the price, the bed is huge, everything is tidy, we liked the balcony even while it rained outside. Although this apartment comes with no kitchen, Monica gave all the utensils we needed, so we managed without eating out always. Overall, the location, the responsive and helpful host, and the clean, compact space make it a great choice for shorter stays.

We booked this room basicly to have somewhere to sleep our first night in Slovenia, but Boruts place was suprisingly good! We stayed for a very short period of time but wish we had stayed longer to explore the area. Borut was flexible with the breakfast as was normally served from 08:00, which we appreciated a lot (We got served 07:30). And the breakfast was good! (Price 10 €/person)

I loved staying here! The rooms are cosy and clean, kitchen is huge and full of everything you need. There is parking, and good wifi. The area is beautiful and so fresh, and a small village is a 30 minute walk away with a good shop, cafes and petrol. Reception has friendly people there to help with anything. I didn’t want to leave.

We had a lovely time at Gabrijela and Vojku’s place and would recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy Slovenian hospitality in natural, peaceful surroundings. The spacious, clean house was cozy warm when we arrived. In addition, Gabrijela’s warm-heartedness and openness, and the way she connected with our children made us feel right at home. Our 4 children, between 4 and 9 years old, were very happy feeding the rabbits, goats and chicken - it was their first activity each day, even before Gabrijela brought us a delicious, varied and generous breakfast. We could try her home-baked traditional potica and bread for Easter and she told us about different local traditions. Whenever we had questions or needed something, she helped us immediately and had great suggestions for activities nearby. The kids could even try the jacuzzi on the last day. We wish we could stay longer!

Mijn partner en ik hadden een geweldig verblijf in deze B&B! Ontbijt was inbegrepen en vrij uitgebreid. Elke dag konden we Gordan tips vragen voor stranden en uitstapjes. We hebben goede aanbevelingen gekregen! Omgeving is mooi en rustig, met de auto ben je snel bij alle stranden en stadjes. De kamer was ruimer dan gedacht, met badkamer en garderobe. Kussens zijn wel wat plat, na meerdere nachten voelden we dat wel. Het zwembad was dan weer een groot pluspunt. Al bij al is het verblijf zeker een aanrader!

I have never felt as welcomed as I did at this place. Most of the staff are family members of the owners, and they take great care of their business. You get excellent value for what you pay for, with a nice, clean room that has a river view and a lovely breakfast by the river. Many thanks to Ibrahim, Abu Lukman, and the lady at the reception desk for their great help and friendly treatment during our stay.

Schönes Appartement in einem ruhigen Örtchen mit dem Nationalpark in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in näherer Umgebung. Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Super petit hotel ,joliment décoré avec une ambiance familiale très sympa. En retrait de la cohu de la côte mais a seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Martina est super reactive et aux petits soins pour ses pensionnaires.

Heerlijk plekje met een mooi uitzicht. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt en dat is fijn als je een paar dagen wilt opladen. Ligt lekker afgelegen maar niet moeilijk te vinden gelukkig. Buren dichtbij gelegen maar wel heel erg vriendelijk :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet.

We stayed in a Tiny House for the first time, which worked out wonderfully, even with 4 adults, not least because of the great weather. Gregor was a fantastic host from the very first moment, providing us with local delicacies and exciting insights into local history every morning. Rarely has the difference between simply booking an accommodation and getting to know the country and its people been so great. We can only recommend Gregor and his cottage and will gladly come back one day. Michael

I spent a few days at the AVA house with a group of friends. It has a great location for exploring the beautiful nature in the north of Slovenia and for short trips to Italy and Austria. The house is beautifully furnished, well equipped and offers plenty of space. The sauna is also perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would come back at any time.

A real gem on the Slovenian coast. We were warmly welcomed by Sonja. After an extensive tour, she took the time to inform us about sights and activities in the area. Later, recommendations followed via sms. The house itself is also really great. A kitchen with everything on it, a lovely lounge sofa, luxurious bathroom and even a washing machine. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace. With the sliding door open, it is wonderful to have breakfast in the sun with a view of Triest. There is so much to see and do in the area, walking, cycling, drinking coffee in Triest, .... too much for the days we had. We will definitely come back here again.

Hello! Everyhting went perfect in this accomodation, very good location, couple.mins drive from Skradin and only 15 mins drive to free parking by Krka nationa park. The owner was very helpful, next morning his father had a big smile on his face and offering us some fruits. I have a YouTube blog and I showed the accomodation and area in my video if you want to see it, but it is in Ukrainian language, you can find a channel as Kate_from_Ukraine and the playlist called Croatia 2024.
