Charmant & gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit hohen Decken, Sichtbalken, sonnigem West-Balkon, Kamin und offenen Wohn-/Essbereich- Familien geeignet. Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

I live in Berlin. This apartment used to be mine and is located in my parents’ house in Schwangau. I currently manage the rental for my parents. They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)

Wie auch schon unser Appartment und unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich das neu renovierte Ferienappartment "Ludwig" im Herzen der Füssener Altstadt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

The apartment is spacious and completely covered with parquet. A large studio with living and dining area, a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway. The apartment is in a quiet house with a large, well-kept garden. Forggensee within walking distance.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
