Sie befindet sich gleich beim Eingangsbereich (gut für ältere Leute die mit Treppen und langen Wegen Probleme haben) Wir befinden uns 200m vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte (EDEKA, Rossmann, Einkaufsstrasse Seestrasse) und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral von Ahlbeck gelegen. Die Küche verfügt über alle gängigen Utensilien (ausser Ofen und Geschirrspüler).
