Godden Cottage in Mission Bay

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

Only 10 mins drive and you're in the city centre. But with the cozy interior, picture-esque private garden and added luxury of a soak in the hot tub, you might not want to leave.

Nestled in Saint Heliers, our cozy in-house apartment offers comfort and tranquility. With a private entrance, it includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Come to relax in this modern fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in the lush bush close to Titirangi Village in the Waitakeres, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD. Light breakfast is provided. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

The bedroom which has a lock on it is light with plenty of room and has big cupboards for hanging clothes and also has shelving There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower
