This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The apartments very clean and felt lavish. Juan was an excellent host from start to finish and recommended so many things to do in the area as a local. I will definitely be staying here again. Great all around experience. Thanks again

Lovely place — sparkling clean, with a gorgeous view that’s even better in person. The staff’s warmth and “nothing-is-too-much-trouble” attitude really stood out: when the room I received differed from the photos, they stepped in right away and made sure I was settled and comfortable. I do wish listings on Airbnb showed the exact room rather than a broad “category,” as that would set clearer expectations, but the team’s kindness and readiness to resolve anything quickly more than made up for it. All in all, a charming stay I’d be happy to repeat.

It's an open, light-filled loft that feels spacious and airy, located in a large residential complex by the riverside - far enough from the center to let you choose between peace and excitement. The nearby pier has a bar, a restaurant, and a spot where people come to sing in the evenings, which is perfect when you don't feel like going too far out. Juan welcomes you warmly and is happy to recommend things to do nearby.

solo Australian traveller. 1. host is very friendly. very responsive. easy to deal with! 2. location is fantastic :) walkable to the pub streets and river side markets, night markets. 3. there is a small and CHEAP awesome restaurant right next door. totally worth it! also an expensive but great Chinese restaurant across the road. 4. unit is clean! tidy! new! bed firm! TV in English-so good! for anyone staying in phnom phen and who wants a close and safe stay near the river or night markets or.. pub's. this is a great location! I had no issues and a fantastic stay!

L'appartement est très bien placé, de sorte qu'on peut se rendre à pied au Palais royal et au Central market. De nombreux restaurants et bars sont à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sur le toit : quelle vue magnifique ! Le personnel à la réception est très réactif : nous avons signalé un problème de climatisation dans la petite chambre : quelqu'un est monté tout de suite pour résoudre le problème. C'est le 2e appartement que je loue avec Soben home et aucune déception. Je les ai déjà recommandé auprès d'un ami.

The place was conveniently located, and the hosts were easy to coordinate with. Clean, no-frills place, and definitely a place I would stay in again next time.

The place was amazing, gym was the biggest plus for me, Olympic style weights , every machine in the gym, the rooftop pool with full bar was spectacular for the nights you wanna stay in but still have fun. The place it self was very clean. With a fabulous view. Every worked as it should. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone just looking to relax in a great location. Specially if you are looking to work as well. Will rent this spot every time I go back. Narith was extremely responsive and flexible. Awesome host!

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

A perfect place to live in Phnom Penh for a few days or even a few month. It is very clean and spacious and it is exactly like on the pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is some music playing in the evening but not at night. For me nothing to complain about. The host is super friendly and responds pretty fast. The Internet is fast and there are also LAN ports available. So it is also suitable for those who need to work with a reliable internet connection. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home. There is a 7-eleven right across the street and it is open 24/7. There is also a big supermarket and an ATM about 200m away. There are some food stalls right in front of the building as well. There is a Gym in the building for 5$ per day (no leg press). There is also a pool for 5$/entire_stay. You can reach many restaurants, bars and clubs and Aeon mall within 10minutes by taxi/tuktuk. One of the best accommodations I have been in South East Asia.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was nice with shopping in walking distance. And it was cheap and easy to get a tuk tuk to other areas of the city.

le logement était super, le quartier encore même mieux, certains mentionné que ce condo est loin, moi je dirais qu'il est très près de beaucoup de chose, situé à environs $2.00 Grab du Palais Royal et autre activité. près d'un parc pour enfants. Bonne sécurité et environnement très propre. le seul bémol rencontré est le Wi-Fi, sa lague régulièrement, donc prévoir à cette effet. je recommande sans faute.

非常に良い立地にあり、そして高級ホテルのような綺麗な物件で、快適に過ごせました。 施設のスタッフの方も、ホストの方もかなり親切＆素早く対応してくれましたので、全く問題なく滞在できました。 部屋の問題ではないのですが、立地的に大通りに近く、交通整理の笛の音がほぼ毎日聞こえてきてしまうのだけが少し気になりました。
