Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Veludstyret, moderne og lækkert sommerhus. Tæt på fjorden med gode muligheder for paddleboard, kajak og kano. Familievenligt hus med en stor have som bare inviterer til masser af sjov og hygge. Hyggelige Vordingborg, med Gåsetårnet lige i nærheden. Strand og naturen helt tæt på. Vores dejlige sommerhus fik vi opført og bygget i 2005, som et familieprojekt mellem to brødre og vores respektive familier. Nye gulve, sanitet, senge og flere nye møbler i foråret 2025. Huset ligger på stor naturgrund med skov oplagt til leg og eventyr. Der er 15 minutters kørsel til Stege med butikker og restauranter og 3 km gåafstand til Klintholm havneby. Optimalt område til havørredfiskeri. Vandreruten 'Camønoen' går lige forbi. Huset er moderne indrettet og har op til 8 sovepladser.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
