Luxury heritage plantation house, 6000 sqft set on 10 acres of private land, with a private chef and driver, 40 min from the backwaters, Syrian orthodox accountant and doctor owned. This is a traditional Kerala house with a “nedumittam” central courtyard. modern from the outside, old part of the house is about 100 years old, extended a few years ago retaining the old teak wood doors windows and furniture, combining it with modern marble floors in ceiling lights and chandeliers.

The Old Courtyard is a Heritage Hotel. It is both elegant and old (over 200 years to be precise),built in the Porutguese era, when Cochin was their window to the spice trade. Our Suite Room is a very large room with a living area and attached to a modern bathroom. Its furnished with antiques, the bed is 6 ft x 7 ft King size bed. There is cable TV , a mini fridge, a safe, Coffee/tea facility, airconditioning and hair dryer in this room.
