Kevin’s place is beautiful, peaceful and close to the beach. Would recommend for anyone looking to relax and get away from the chaos! Tanote beach is gorgeous and one of the best beaches on the island. if you’re looking to get around the island by scooter, I would make sure you are comfortable riding because the roads around this area are quite steep.

Such an amazing stay, we loved it so much that we asked to stay another night. Very close to everything but still quiet. The hosts responded immediately every time, and were incredibly sweet, thoughtful and helpful! The shower was awesome, great water pressure and heating and that’s a rare occurrence around the islands. ☺️ + Cute decoration!

Incredible Villa, perfect location, quiet and well designed ✅

We stayed in this great place with a family of four. We enjoyed every minute of it, great view on the bay, private pool and all you need to feel at home. A little paradise away from it all, with birds and squirrels in de trees and very quiet for a good night sleep. However, as stated by the owner, the drive way to get to the house is at some places very steep. We like a bit of a hike, so on foot we were in 10 mins at the beach and about 15 mins to the center with shops/restaurants (uphill was a bit longer on our flip flops). In addition, we made use of the recommended taxi driver to go to Ao Leuk bay for snorkeling (great recommendation from the host!), who was friendly and very punctual. We can definitively recommend this place ❤️

Great stay! Really cool place and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, the beach, etc. We loved the rooftop hangout spot, especially good on a couple rainy afternoons we had!

Die Villa war sehr schön, zu Fuß ist man in 10 min am Strand. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos und das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr sauber. Becky hat uns sehr geholfen Aktivitäten und Transporte zu buchen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Diese Villa ist ein Traum! Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar, die Unterkunft ist klasse! Vor Ort haben wir super Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is breathtaking - day and night. We loved watching the stars. Communication was excellent and very convenient with pick up from pier and scooter rental 😊 we also enjoyed several of the recommendations we got from the host! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

LOVED our stay at the Montra Resort. This property is literally a short two block walk from the pier and right in tucked into a beautiful location between the bustling pier side, restaurants, dive shops and the more tranquil Saari beach side restaurants and shops. In short, this location is really hard to beat. The staff were very accommodating and let us leave our bags while they readied the room and made it clear we were weclome to also use the pool, bathrooms and common showers (huge plus). We rented a scooter (400 Bhat) for 24 hours and spent the afternoon at Ao Leuk and Shark Bay - and yes, we saw a group of black tip sharks (24" long and no threat at all) and the reefs are decent in these locations. Check in was super smooth. The rooms are huge - we had a bed that was two full size beds pushed together - decent sheets, great AC, super spacious shower, bath tub and double sink - It was nice as a couple to spread out AND strong internet. A+ Host - Highly Recommended.

Quite literally the best view I’ve ever witnessed from an air bnb. If you are visiting Koh Tao I would strongly suggest you pick Phin’s listing!! Taxi is organised to pick you up from the pier to the apartment, super responsive host and very clean. When I’m coming back to Koh Tao I’m 100% staying here again and I have already sent this listing to a friend in Thailand to visit themselves. If this listing is free during your trip, it’s a no brainer to stay here

Logement propre, spacieux et emplacement calme. A 4min en voiture du port. Il n’y a malheureusement qu’une chambre avec un lit, nous étions 4, 2 personnes ont dormi dans le salon sur un matelas gonflable ! C’est le seul bémol de ce logement. En revanche les équipements sont modernes et confortables, il y a de l’eau à disposition et du gel douche. Joy est très gentille et nous a même laissé nous doucher après la plage alors que nous avions rendu de logement! C’est un geste très appréciable et gentil, merci beaucoup ☺️ Je recommande ce logement

Unser Aufenthalt bei Fiona war einfach perfekt – sie hat wirklich einen 5-Sterne-Service geboten! Sie hat uns sogar persönlich empfangen, was direkt einen tollen ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation super. Selbst als auf der Insel ein Stromausfall war und nicht ganz klar war, ob wir der Abholung zugestimmt hatten, hat Fiona trotzdem den Taxi-Shuttle organisiert, um uns abzuholen. Das war einfach nur großartig! Ein riesiger Pluspunkt der Unterkunft ist der eigene Stromkastenzähler – falls es auf der Insel mal zu Stromausfällen kommt, ist man hier unabhängig, was ein echter Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist absolut beeindruckend. Der Weg nach oben ist mit dem Roller gut machbar, auch wenn man kein starkes Modell hat. Und die Aussicht? Atemberaubend! Man blickt direkt über den dichten, tropischen Dschungel, während sich das Meer in der Ferne erstreckt. Besonders bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang ist der Ausblick magisch – das Licht taucht die ganze Umgebung

Robert was a great host, always ready to help and providing information. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, a nice bathroom and a functional kitchen. there are 3 ceiling fans and an air conditioner. the area is very quite. the only thing I wished were more windows. there is only one. but its bright enough since the front wall is made out of glass. good value for price. would definitely book here again!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt fantastisch! Der Blick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, jedoch sollte man beachten, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft sehr steil ist – für Anfänger auf dem Motorbike eher nicht geeignet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wonderful place and Raine is an incredible host. She organized everything, communicated very quickly and told us everything.

This is a great stay at a reasonable price. There's a great view from the deck. The pool is deep and refreshing. Aircon worked great. Everything was as described. The caretaker Lin is fantastic. He is always very responsive and knows a lot about a lot. They had 2 nice scooters waiting and ready for us on arrival. I'd say scooters are a must at this location, although I'm sure Lin could seamlessly set up a taxi for you at your request. This place splits the distance difference between Ao Leuk and Tanote beaches which in my opinion area the best beaches. Great snorkeling and nice beaches and bars/restaurants over looking that clear blue water. Sairee and Mae Haad beaches are less than 10 minutes from the Koh Tao Studios where there's many restaurants, bars and shops. Peaceful place where all you hear is the sounds of geckos and kingfishers. Can't wait to come back.
