Peaceful location and 3 minutes with scooter to the beach. The apartment at Villa Verde is spacious and tastefully furnished to European standards and offers views of the Andaman Sea, with islands such as the sea, Koh Phi Phi and beautiful sunset. In a very quiet location, but only 3 scooter minutes from Pra Ae with a great beach. The apartment has HIGHSPEED WIFI, a bedroom (king size bed) and kitchen, large living room and large private terrace. The living area is about 60 m² and 50 m² terrace.

Due to the hillside location, renting a scooter is recommended to easily get around and explore the area.

Nostalgia is a quiet room with a king size bed and a single bed. It has plenty of room for a family with a child to enjoy the pool and the tranquility. Under new ownership from 1st May 2024.
