Garage Parking pass!! 5 min walk to the University of Tennessee or 1 mile walk from downtown Knoxville. Get a great nights’ rest in the queen size bed featuring “The Purple Mattress.” A convertible couch is great for additional guest or seating during the day. Kitchen includes the basics. The unit has two bedrooms, two baths, ample living space, full kitchen and a pull out sofa. My wife, daughter, son and I live downstairs with one small dog and two cats. The yard is fenced in and we welcome pets. The home is close to the historic neighborhoods of Old North Knox and Fourth and Gill. We are available if needed and are happy to recommend local things to do. Check in is 5PM
