This centrally located property, newly renovated, situated next to Knox Westfield Shopping Center, provides easy access to a range of amenities for the entire group to enjoy. While you have inclusive self-contained space with seperate entrance and fully fenced pirvate backyard, it's important to note that this unit shares walls with the main house in the same block, therefore quiet hours from 9pm to 7am will be strickly applicable to all occupants. It has free off street parking.

Walking distance (15mins) from Boronia or Ferntree gully and less than an hour drive from the CBD, this stay is close to all necessities while enjoying the tranquillity of the one acre garden with firepits or BBQ facilities to use. Pet and family friendly, the bungalow is a great place for two nights or many.
