Renovated in 2023, and just 50m away from the heart of Kos town, Cappari's house 1 is a place made with love and care, ready to welcome guests who are visiting our island. Staying here will make you feel just like at home, while also getting the experience of a local ! The apartment has 1 bedroom, and 1 sofa that turns into a bed when needed. Offering all the amenities that you will need throughout your vacation, perfect for any guest ! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fast Wifi, free aircon !

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.
