The Cove at Lake Nasworthy (w/hot tub)

Take it easy at this serene lake house on Nasworthy. A newly built house, this modern paradise features beautiful views, a resort style pool & hot tub, & a state of the art dock with a prime seating area. Step out the front door onto the most popular walking trail in San Angelo. Come and experience the Nasworthy Cove for yourself. The master wing is closed off and off limits. But, you will be the only ones in the house. This listing is not suitable for children. No parties, pets, or events.

Guests can bring their favorite "flotation devices"...whether they be tubes, kayaks or a canoe and are welcome to fish. This rustic cabin is welcoming and enjoyable any day!

The Sunflower House is a fantastic home located in a quiet, central, easily accessible and safe neighborhood with quick access to all areas of the city. Open floor plan. From the 1940’s this building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 1 block to Performing Arts Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on a budget and on the go!
