This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

South Columbia Cottage is the quintessential beach cottage that serves as the perfect backdrop for your memorable coastal vacation. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. One bedroom with queen mattress downstairs and the loft upstairs has one full bed, a futon, and mats (max occupancy 4). Many kitchen tools.
