Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. We’d love to have you! SORRY, NO PETS. The condo is newly painted and decorated with a beach cottage motif to help you feel relaxed and peaceful. It is is a beautiful resort with 6 outdoor pools, and 3 hot tubs. The resort has many amenities basketball, tennis, volleyball, putting green, exercise room and sauna, an onsite restaurant and one at Kiva Dunes Golf Club next door.

Enjoy the private beach away from the busy traffic of Gulf Shores yet only 15 miles away from all the area attractions

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
