The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

This is a true getaway. About 12 minutes to downtown Ellensburg or 30 minutes to Yakima. You can stay easily connected with WiFi cellular, and cable so easy to work remotely or unplug if you feel like it! Private Home on 12 acres with canyon views galore. Great place to work from home, go fly fishing, hike, relax in the Canyon or just sit in the hot tub and watch the stars.

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally-located home base for unlimited adventures all over the state! This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking. Trailer parking also available upon request.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
