Kittilä: soggiorni in baite

We enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us which worked well with rooms and space and privacy. The sauna was always welcome after a long day skiing- as was the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed shopping locally and taking turns to prepare food. We were fortunate to be able to step out and see the Aurora Borealis on 4 or 5 nights. Some of our group used the local bus to get to the airport which worked well.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Vor allem der Glasiglo war sensationell. Kommen gerne wieder! Die nächste Tour ist schon geplant. alle Beteiligten waren super hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank auch an Arttus Vater, der die Sauna eingeheizt hat und mit dem wir uns toll unterhalten haben.

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Breathtaking views, super responsive and nice hosts. Saw the northern lights from the cabin itself it was amazing.

Wunderschöne Hütte in ruhiger Lage, direkt an der Langlaufloipe, perfekt zur Nordlichter-Beobachtung! Klare Buchungsempfehlung!

Tranquil stay with luxury amenities for a cottage (underfloor heating, hot tub, sauna etc.), glazing for spotting the aurora borealis in the evenings from inside and quick access to Levi etc. I was straight out on the xc-skiing slopes whether on my own or pulling along a kid in rented sledge. Our kids learnt to alpine ski and loved everything the outside had to offer, along with their bedroom, and extra toys in the cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect family stay, no one wanted to leave!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, die Lage ist wunderbar. Etwas abgelegen, aber man ist sofort überall wo was los ist. Man kann also Zuhause die Ruhe genießen und wenn man raus will, etwas trinken, in ein tolles Restaurant oder Snowboarden...da ist alles in gut 15 Min mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind super um sich nach einem Programm im Freien aufzuwärmen, um runter zufahren und zu entspannen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und würden uns wieder dafür entscheiden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell wenn man Fragen zum Haus hat oder etwas anderes wissen möchte. Die Nachbarschaft ist außerdem sehr herzlich, wir hatten ein kleines Problem und saßen mit dem Auto im Schnee fest bevor wir zum Flughafen müssten, sie kamen sofort und haben uns geholfen! Vielen Dank für die tolle, gemütliche Unterkunft! Es war ein schöner und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! ❤️

The first thing I would like to say is that Sergei was amazing! He was really accommodating; always answered to all my questions regardless of the day and time. The place is very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are great to explore Levi. With many attractions close by. It’s also very private and quiet, and you have a wonderful view from the living room. The house is very well equipped with all that you might need. The jacuzzi is the cherry on the pie (We saw the Northern lights twice from there). For us 4 was perfect and for 6 people (same family), will also be very good! Thanks Sergei for all. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Kaisa's place. The location was great, situated outside of Levi in a wonderful natural area where we were lucky enough to see the northern lights for multiple days. The house had everything we needed: cooking facilities, a washing machine, a dishwasher, maps for nearby areas and hikes, a sauna, and board games. Kaisa's support was excellent, although we had no issues at all. The house and everything else (e.g., towels) was very clean and pretty. Just keep in mind to bring your own water as the tap water has a slight smell. We would definitely come back!

The house and host are just amazing. We arrived after a very long day of travelling in a warm cosy place and immediately felt at home. Everything you could wish for is thought of. If we would ever come back to Lapland we will have to come back to Harri's place as everything else will be a disappointment. Thanks Harri for everything!

Siisti, viihtyisä ja tilava mökki. Saunasta erityismaininta. Hyvät löylyt! Arja vastasi viivyttelemättä viesteihin. Meillä oli onnistunut loma.

Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla ja hyvällä tuurilla revontulia voi ihastella pihalla! Laduille pääse nopeasti kävellen ja lähimmälle hiihtohissille on muutaman minuutin ajomatka. Mökki on viihtyisä ja siisti, vastaa hyvin kuvausta. Vuode oli mukava ja hiljainen ympäristö takasi hyvät yöunet.

Kohde oli täysin kuvauksen mukainen, luonnon keskellä ja omassa rauhassa. Nautimme olostamme erittäin paljon ja tulemme varmasti uudestaankin. Iso plussa Tarjalle nopeista vastauksista ja kaikesta avusta mitä ikinä tarvitsimmekin.

Siisti, hyvin varusteltu mökki. Hyvä sijainti lähellä kaikkea, mutta siitä huolimatta rauhallinen paikka.

Panu est un excellent hôte! Il nous a donné énormément de bons conseils pour des activités aux alentours. La maison est très agréable, hyper bien équipée en matériel de cuisine et sportif et les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Je vous recommande à 200% de séjourner dans sa maison. On a adoré la saison hivernale mais on reviendra à la belle saison c'est sur et certain! Merci Panu :-)

Il soggiorno in questo piccolo cottage è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali. La zona è tranquilla, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace e natura. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi vuole staccare la spina e godersi qualche giorno in serenità.

Very good cabin, higly recommeded

Tom's cabin in the woods is just beautiful. We are a family with 2 children and we loved our stay. The house is spacious, well equipped and in a great location close to Levi. The communication with Tom beforehand was great and we would fully recommend the place to anyone staying in the area. We look forward to going back again.

I had an incredible time at Riitta’s charming cabin. She welcomed us warmly, allowed an early check-in, and explained everything about the cabin, sauna, and activities. The cabin was small and simple, yet comfortable, with a cozy bed, warm blankets, and a window offering a stunning sky view. Heating is wood-fired (lasting ~3 hours), the bathroom is outside, and there’s no electricity (Riitta can lend lanterns). Bring your own food—there’s a gas stove, cookware, and a 5L water container provided. We were lucky to witness two nights of breathtaking Northern Lights, watching them dance across the sky and even falling asleep with the aurora visible through the window—truly magical! The sauna was another highlight: a traditional Finnish experience with optional cold dips and hot water baths. You can also snowshoe, ski, sled, or enjoy a cozy barbecue with equipment provided by Riitta. Everything was exceptional! Thank you, Riitta, for the kindness and unforgettable memories.

Mari was een top host. Ze is zelf niet aanwezig bij de aankomst, maar verwelkomt je via bericht en geeft je enkele uren voor aankomst de code waarmee je naar binnen kan gaan. Op deze manier voelde het direct als je eigen persoonlijke huisje. Het huisje was heel erg proper, ook volledig onze stijl. Er is met zeer duurzaam materiaal aan gewerkt, waardoor het echt aanvoelt als luxe. De mooie hoge ramen zijn echt een pluspunt. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje is prachtig! Ons verblijf was heel aangenaam. Dank je wel!

Wunderschönes Cottage im verschneiten Wald 10min von Levi entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ruhigen Lage und bietet trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Langlaufpisten und dunkle Orte um Nordlichter zu beobachten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Chimnée und die schöne Sauna bieten viel Entspannung nach einem Tag im Schnee. Minna ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat uns bestens umsorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique chalet au bord de la rivière, calme et paisible. Loin de la ville mais avec des activités possible en voiture aux alentours. Sauna intérieur, grill à l extérieur, raquette à neiges à disposition, ainsi que des luges. Hôte accueillante et aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

Tero’s cottage is the perfect Lapland getaway. We have stayed in many places around Levi and none have been so quiet and secluded, without light pollution. The cottage is right on the lakeside and our children enjoyed playing with the sledges on the lake in the evenings. Tero was extremely swift to respond to any questions, and got a plumber to come quickly to install the washing machine when we asked.
