We had a great stay. Our kids especially loved the hot tub and fire pit and the cozy bed upstairs. Beds were all very comfortable and clean. Host was responsive and left clear instructions. We would have loved to stay longer but it was still great just for one night.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Lots of sleeping room, clean, and exactly as advertised. The HOA rules make it a challenge for those of us who are not used to living in a regulated community. But it was not an issue for our winter stay.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

Brooke’s place was exactly what I needed to the weekend. Everyone in our party was very happy with the accommodations.

This home was perfect for my family during a difficult time of grief. All of my adult children and I had our own sleeping spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, dining, and living areas, and especially the ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home to large families.

Tom is honest, a great communicator and super responsive. The property is exactly how it is described. The place was spotless, has plenty of space/storage and easy to find.

I recently stayed at this wonderful cabin in New Hampshire, and it was exactly as described! The rustic, cozy feel made for a perfect retreat, and the double-sided fireplace added so much warmth and charm. Every amenity listed was available and in great condition, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Great cozy place for a weekend getaway. Very walkable to downtown and Old Port areas. Everything was clean and comfortable as described in the listing, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace! Dan was a great host and very proactive in communications and responsive if we needed anything.

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

I needed a special place for a special weekend. I didn't want to propose in a loud, busy Boston location. I wanted private, quiet and intimate. Thats what the photos felt like and I'm happy to say that was the exact experience. April is a perfect time with sunny weather in the 50's. We had a pleasant conversation with Susan in the shared driveway on our way to dinner. She recommended Seaport Grill, specifically the Chilean Sea Bass. It did not disappoint. Plus the Hammond Castle. It was an unforgettable weekend. She said Yes!

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

Il soggiorno a casa di Molly è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la selezione di caffè eccezionale provvidenziale per la sveglia del mattino (grazie grszie grazie!). I dintorni di Ipswich sono tranquilli e ben servito con ristoranti e supermercati. Raggiungere Boston e i dintorni è estremamente comodo sia in auto che in treno. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Molly!!
