The Black Sheep is nestled among the redwoods and perfectly situated for the Russian River (4min), wine tasting (8min), restaurants (10min), and the Armstrong Redwoods preserve. After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Walk to restaurants, movie theater, The Barlow, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, town plaza with Sunday Farmer's Market, library, Ives Park (public swimming pool). Bike path is nearby. Bike to wineries.

Costs vary based on availability. Luxury estate loft in Gracianna Winery's vineyard on Westside Road's Miracle Mile of Pinot Noir in Healdsburg includes equipped kitchen. Pick up breakfast needs before arriving. Vineyard machines may work overnight with lights & disruptive noises, especially during the summer and harvest is in late August early Sept. A private entrance leads to spacious, sunny room overlooking charming gardens. Room has a NEW QUEEN BED plus a nook nestled in the trees. Complete bathroom, closets, TV, mini-fridge and a library. The house is blocks from The Farmhouse Inn, multiple wineries, a scenic bike and walking path which is entered by our local park. We are also blocks from the Russian River.
