The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Nutberry, Countryside 1 Bedroom Farm Cottage

A simple comfortable little traditional Cottage in a rural location yet close to Beccles and Bungay Town. Our small Cottage offers simple, comfortable accommodation. The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, living and dining areas with a double bed, creating a practical and easy-to-use space for couples or solo travellers. The cottage also has a separate private bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their visit, and parking for one car is available if required.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished luxury holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
