Kick back and relax in this new Tiny Home. Set peacefully on our lifestyle block overlooking the hills and paddocks, surrounded by trees. Close to Taupo and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful lakeside village of Kinloch. Have a drink on the deck or a relaxing soak in the Spa Pool. Close to bike trails, walking tracks and golf courses, with parking for a trailer (please discuss with us before arrival) Unfortunately at this time we don't accept children or infants. Kawakawa Hut

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Fantastic views, unique ambience, peaceful setting

Wifi available. Enjoy our one bedroom apartment overlooking the lake, town & Mount Tauhara. Whether its a romantic weekend for two ( no children) or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

Urban guest suite. Seperate from main house

The guest suite is bright, sunny and great for a short stay. With blackout blinds for privacy, darkness and temperature control. A sliding door separates the bathroom from the bedroom and we provide a heater or portable fan depending on the season. The space includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, Twinings herbal tea, instant coffee, and basic tableware. Please note there are NO cooking facilities (no oven or microwave) due to the small size of the room. Barstool and table for brekkie/cuppa tea.

Lake view B&B Studio

Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, Weber BBQ, Pizza cooker, air fryer. You have your our own private en-suite. Super King size bed, Leather couch, dining table. Heat pump for Summer cooling or heating during the Winter months. Complementary continental breakfast is left in your room. Free view TV

Views over Whakaipo Bay

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Birdsong on Mapara

Semi detached sunny compact studio joined to main dwelling by deck located on our lifestyle section. Studio has a deck divided from the main dwelling by a screen for privacy. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . Samsung Smart TV (Freeview TVNZ+ etc), you will require your own subscription for streaming services. Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Lochside retreat

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Note: We have bees in close proximity :)

Whakaipo Cottage, tranquility, comfort and views

This cozy cottage offers beautiful views! With a covered outdoor area with bifold windows, you will be able to enjoy them at any time. Tranquility, comfort and relaxation, just a few minutes away from lake Taupo and only 10 minutes drive to Taupo town - This place is perfect to escape real life and enjoy a break! It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.

Welcome to Biking and Golfing Enthusiasts

A studio unit with 1 bedroom that can be set up as 2 single beds or a double bed as guests require. Ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette. Walking distance to popular mountain bike trails, lake front, shops, and golf courses. You only need to walk out the garden gate to be on No. 2 hole of *The Village Golf Course". The "Kinloch International Golf Course" is 1.4km away. The suite is located in a quiet street and features a private courtyard for guests.
