The Double has a stone tiled ensuite & King has a large ensuite with vaulted ceiling, bath, shower & Utility. Parking is in the nearby Marina. No pets or young kids. Please bring your own towels.

It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Christmas Place, Kingswear

The property is arranged on 3 floors and has superb views from all rear windows to Dartmouth and Waterhead Creek. A parking space in the marina is included. For peak holiday periods only whole week bookings are considered in advance unless there is still availability a month prior to the start date. We welcome families up to six and for other groups we host a maximum of four people.
