Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Great spot to be if you want to experience Zimbali has to offer. A proper inverter system would be great improvement

Wonderful stay! Pellagia, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The accommodation was perfect for our family, with thoughtful touches like toys, kids' plates and bowls, and board games that kept the little ones entertained. The place was spotless when we arrived, and the daily cleaning service was fantastic. The beach towels and chairs were a lovely bonus. Big thanks to Catherine for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

We had a wonderful stay at Ella’s Airbnb. A peaceful, relaxing and tranquil place! The photographs on the app do not do the place justice; it is absolutely beautiful and Ella is a wonderful and attentive host, I will definitely return in the future !

The house is even better than described. Beautiful, clean and huge. Security is also top notch. We enjoyed our stay and it really felt like a "home away from home". Pennington itself, is very quiet. Beaches were clean and empty, no noise or traffic, has some shops closeby. Top house in a Top location!

We had a good stay in the place. The place is peaceful and private. Very close to waterfall mall and it was easy to purchase anything we wanted. The sleeping linen was clean and spotless

Melissa was simply theeee best!!! We at no point felt neglected, the checking in was the smoothest I’ve ever had, driving to the place, she kept checking on us, we arrived late but she stayed up until late just so she can be able to assist us check-in. The place is amazing, more beautiful in person that it even is on the pictures, the view is breathtaking!!! With the sea breeze, we walked to the beach, for less than 3 minutes, that’s how close it is to the house. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s, apart from the above mentioned, Melissa has humanity and we found that gold about her! She’s not just making money from here guests but she’s considerate of them and makes sure they’re happy and convenienced.

Thanks so much Pieter & Phyllis for the wonderful stay at your property. We truly enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely be coming again. The house is really well equipped with everything you need and a very nice braai area. They even have a camping cot for a baby & small bikes for toddlers. The beds are super comfy and ceiling fans are amazing. We did not need to use the aircons, but it is great to know that the rooms have aircons for if you want to come in December. The fact that we could also park our car in an automated garage overnight, gives you extra peace of mind. Extra added benefits that this unit offers that does not come standard with all Airbnb units: - Full DSTV, Netflix & Prime Video - Full Wi-fi - Full Solar (except for oven, geyser & aircons) In highly recommend booking your stay if you plan on visiting Ballito.

Thank you Sharon and Ronny for treating us so well and facilitating our time together as a wider family. Visiting my sick sister, the location was great for us and is quiet and secure. Your home is a real home from home. The rooms are big and we loved the living area. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching birds and monkeys in the park across the road, using your sparkling pool,and having a braai. Lovely home. So comfortable. The pool and tennis are a 5 minute walk. Big outdoor patio for eating and BBQ. Highly recommend. The housekeeper is there to wash clothes and clean kitchen daily. A South African perk! Only challenge is that it is so secure and safe that Uber cannot enter. Just fyi.

I really enjoyed my stay. Oscar is a perfect host. He even invented me to braai he had with his friend and his son. We had greaf conversation over meal. The place is neat, clean and private.

The house was the most beautiful place you have ever rented. The house and furnishings were of an extremely high standard, luxurious, comfortable and every need was catered for. Beautiful entertaining area outside with swimming pool and bar. Staying in this home, was the same as staying in a luxury 5 stay hotel except it was homely, beautifully furnished and extremely spacious. l If you ever have the opportunity of staying in this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed as it exceeded all expectations.

We booked our getaway at the last moment and never thought that a place like this would be available. The accommodation is homely and we felt comfortable right away. Pierre met us on arrival and showed us around and then remained unobtrusive. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful and I took my coffee outside on the patio with cheeky monkeys and a chorus of birdsong. To add to all of this, there is a semi-private beach 400m down the road which we made full use of. Two kilometres in the other direction and you get to Ballito main beach and the World renowned Thompsons beach and tidal pools which was every bit as spectacular as you’d imagine. My only stressor was the very steep driveway that put me through my paces but besides that I’d give Pierre a 10/0.

The pictures don't do this place justice a real gem and my family and I felt really comfortable. Carol was super responsive and Glenda the host was the best .The beds were comfortable and the view from the big patio overlooking the ocean was great for hosting my family over the Easter weekend. The house had all the amenities making it the perfect home away from home feel .I would highly recommend Carol's home and we definitely will be returning 😊

Vanessa’s place was such a pleasant place to stay. The views of the valley were stunning and the open plan downstairs reception rooms were lovely. Bring your own hairdryer as this is not provided but everything else was excellent. Massive oven but you need a light and specs to see the temperature and settings that you select as it is low level and quite small dials. A lovely stay in comfort. Thank you Vanessa.
