Easy access to to I-90 Seattle or East to wineries The interior is as stunning as the exterior. Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Mama Moon Treehouse

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.
