Waterfront house on the Redondo Beach Boardwalk. Large groups will rest easy at this 7 bedroom luxury home, but respectfully no parties and no outside noise after 11pm. This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
