It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

It is a perfect spot for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing, with Grafham Water just 3 minutes away. It is ideal for commuting with its central location and a 45 commute into London. A1 and A14 within 10 minutes.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Whether you want a short break or longer self-catering accommodation, our location is an escape from the busy world we seem to live in these days.   The self-contained accommodation consists of one double / twin bedroom, bathroom (with shower), lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors from the main room lead to a small, private patio area.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Coach House, GRAFHAM, Cambridgeshire

Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 2 (or 4)(king size bed or 2 single beds- advise on booking how you want the beds), en-suite shower room. Living room has sofa/sofa bed, TV (with Fire TV), dining table & chairs.
