Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Lotus Pod - Unique Guesthouse with views

Situated in the grounds of Austral Watergardens nursery, this large,spacious studio is located approx. 50 mins drive north of Sydney. On the doorstep of the Hawkesbury River and Berowra Waters, the Lotus Pod offers a country escape or romantic getaway. With magnificent views across the pristine Mougamarra Nature Reserve and surrounding gardens, a perfect place to relax & unwind. Visit the local eateries, enjoy fresh seafood on the River, Ferry Rides, The Great North walk & bushland scenery

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Salty Dog

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Beach, bay, bush, hot tub - Killcare Knoll House

Enjoy the wonderfully central location and remarkable privacy of the Knoll House. This fabulous adults only retreat-style home boasts an enviable location, striking design, heated plunge pool and 270 degree views. A 5 minute walk to both Killcare beach and the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay in a secluded yet central location on the edge of the National Park with beautiful beach, bay and bush views. Enjoy outdoor lounging, alfresco dining, recliners and pool. Perfect for two couples.

Stunning Private Retreat 10 mins from Terrigal

The Stables, a secluded 1 bedrooom retreat, is situated on 2.5 acres in the semi-rural area of Holgate on the Central Coast of NSW (approx. 1 hour north of Sydney). It is 10 min drive from the beautiful Terrigal and Avoca beaches. Savour the peace and quiet, sounds of bellbirds and sunlight on the north-facing deck which overlooks 180-degree, private bush views. With its own driveway & self check-in the cabin is completely private. 3 min drive to major shopping centre Erina Fair.

Perched on a hillside adjacent to National Park, this stunning estate offers eagle-eye views over Patonga and the Hawkesbury River, plus includes a heated plunge pool and a panoramic outdoor sauna. The estate has unparalleled privacy yet is just 2 minutes from Patonga Beach & the iconic Boathouse Hotel. Also nearby, Pearl Beach, another coastal paradise.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Our unique fully self contained studio apartment has all you could wish for in this spectacular area! Have a look at the Youtube presentation: 'VISIT KILLCARE'; it says it all! A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset.
