Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Daniella’s place. The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and easy the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great access to the beach and Sorrento I’d absolutely stay here again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

This was a great cosy little place ideal for our stopover at Sandy point. The hosts Jaime and Judy were both a delight to deal with and made our stay extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier.
