We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Long Pond! The house was beautifully updated, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group—two kids under 10, and four adults (parents and grandparents). The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view with a small private beach and access to paddle boats, kayaks, canoe, and a dock—perfect for both quiet mornings and family fun. The backyard was incredibly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful foliage that made it feel like a private retreat. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like the shed stocked with life vests and beach toys, as well as the outdoor fire stove. Inside, the game room was a hit—especially the Nintendo 64 and air hockey table, which kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better spring break getaway. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property! The house itself was stunning with beautiful, thoughtful touches that made it feel so cozy. Sam was great and super responsive! Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he got back to me right away, ensuring that my stay was stress-free. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. We stayed for a getaway with our dog. The house was great and had everything needed for a great stay! The lake and surrounding area is very accessible and provided a relaxing peaceful vacation. We loved sitting by the water or hanging outside on the deck. Christine is a great host and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here

Had a wonderful stay! The property is right across from the lake and the view was breathtaking! Great location to visit many of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. One of the must haves for our trip was access to a golf cart and Mamta made sure it was on the property, ready for us when we arrived. Peaceful, relaxing, Pocono, retreat!

Kevin was an incredible host! He answered all of our questions promptly and was extremely flexible with anything we needed. The house was also very clean and amazing for a big group of 11 people. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition. When we went the private beach wasn’t open yet, but even that looked like so much fun. We’ll be back to experience the beach and lake when it’s warmer!

Had a little weekend getaway celebrating my fiancés birthday. The place is situated in a private, secured neighborhood (you’re given a visitor’s pass that will suffice for the duration of your trip). We chose this place to fish the lake and avoid having to drive to a nearby location, but we were unfortunately unable to hook into anything — we were told there were several species of fish residing there, though. We visited an alpaca farm 15 minutes away, was able to find very good wings and a great dinner spot, fed some deer, and enjoyed the quiet! This house is a very basic, nothing extravagant type of vibe but it suited its purpose for the weekend we were there. Stocked with coffee, board games, tvs in every room, a fire pit, boats (when available), utensils and kitchenware, AC/Heated, and several beds. Overall, I would recommend. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful, as well! Shoutout to them for all the information and patience!

No nonsence house with tranquil immediate surrounding and close proximity to ski slops. Great for couple of days of mountain ski trip.

Very nice location on the lake. No noise from road or neighbors and very little light pollution st night.

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped place! we had peaceful family time kayaking, enjoying the view of the water, and it was also cool enough to enjoy the sauna! Great wifi to also do some work calls as well. Kitchen and grills well equipped for simple enjoyable family cooking and meals. The projector TV was great for family movie night. Fire pit was beautiful for s'mores. Bathrooms w great hot water/water pressure. Beds comfortable! We would love to return. We were very happy at the home and thus we did not try any community amenities. Hosts were responsive!

The house was overall nice tucked back into a wooded community. Not too far from a lot of activities and places to see. They should consider a deeper clean/ replacing or removing old carpet from living space, there were two toasters and no microwave. There was something sprayed in the house upon arrival that did make my throat tight (not sure if it was a room spray and I have asthma) Getting into the community from the time of getting the QR code to getting to the actual house was about 14 mins. We paid a lot to even get into the community and really there should be some kind of reduced cost when all The amenities aren’t available during “off seasons” 68 dollars to just be able to drive into the community with 2 cars on top of the rental. Overall a comfortable stay and we had a nice time

Loved everything about this place!!!!

This lake house was so beautiful, so clean, so well stocked. The kitchen was definitely the best stocked kitchen of any STR I've visited. Having access to kayaks and paddleboards and being right on the lake was an incredible amenity. We look forward to coming back!

This was a beautiful home, right on the lake. It was perfect for our friend group's annual ski trip!

We had my friends bachlorette getaway weekend at this airbnb! There was plenty of space for us to hang out in the living room and eat meals all together. What an amazing stay!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this peaceful lakehouse. The house itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen renovations are beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Linens were plentiful and soft, not always the case for vacation rentals. We appreciated the picturesque views from the main upper floor on rainy and sunny days alike. The private beach and cool stone fire pit were well-used and an added bonus. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and grilling outside. Our kids enjoyed the access to nature on the property, it felt very private and serene, a contrast to our usual city life. James was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay. Thank you for a great week!

In reality the house is even much better than on the pictures. It’s huge. The rooms r big, the kitchen and the living room has a plenty of space! Everything is freshly renovated. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back. Richard responded to messages promptly and was flexible with the check-in/out time. Just make sure u read the house description carefully (cuz we didn’t) and take your own towels and shampoos with you.
