Очень очень понравилась жилье, местоположение, территория, хозяева. Совсем рядом река с чистым пляжем и детской площадкой (актуально для тех кто с детьми), недалеко центральная прогулочная улица Йомас с кафе и ресторанами, море с хорошим чистым протяженным пляжем, кафешками, и шикарными закатами, железнодорожная станция и продуктовый магазин, три раза в неделю фермерский базарчик. Имею большой опыт аренды апартаментов в различных странах, здесь хозяева предусмотрели все для чудесного отдыха своих клиентов. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все, что может понадобиться, Вам не нужно заботиться ни о каких хозяйственных мелочах ни для краткосрочного ни для длительного отдыха. Есть и чайник и плита и холодильник и микроволновка и тостер и даже блендер. Территория очень чистая, ухоженная, зеленая, много цветов, так приятно на ней отдыхать или удаленно работать.

Incredible location - 2 min walk to the beach. My wife loved the nearby cafe. She took the kids every day. The children's park was nice too. The apartment itself is stunning and very spacious. Interacting with Nelli was easy. She's responsive and respectful. We loved our summer stay here, we'll be happy to return!

Perfect place to stay, very close to sea, private, quiet, clean! Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend peaceful time! Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable! Everything was 10/10, as well Baiba was super helpful with everything and don't have anything bad to say, it was perfect!

Mums ļoti patika mūsu mini atvaļinājums – apartamenti atrodas skaistā vietā pie jūras. Ļoti kompakti, tīri, gaiši, ir viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai. Jūra tikai 5 minūšu attālumā. Teritorija ir plaša, ir restorāns, SPA, bērnu laukumi. Saimnieks vienmēr bija sazvanāms, ļoti atsaucīgs. Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēlreiz. Ļoti labi, ka var uzturēties ar mājdzīvnieku – mums ir mazs sunītis.

This is a clean, cute, two-room apartment very near the beach. The property owner is very responsive and the apartment t is very nicely supplied with all you need.

This apartment is in a magnificent old building on the beach. Hard to miss. The outside needs some refurbishment, but Anita’s apartment has been done wonderfully — attractive, well designed, well equipped and comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, allowing us that extra bit of relaxation.

The apartment was perfect. Very close to the airport and public transportation to go into the city. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely rent this apartment again in my future trips to Riga.

Very satisfied with our stay at Sergej's. Location is very convenient - close to shopping mall, restaurants, airport and Jūrmala. Very green and tranquil area. Apartments as described, with all essentials to suit any traveller. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will recommend to anyone visiting Riga.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Отличное и уютное жилье. Рядом море и лес, очень чистая и ухоженная территория как и дом в целом. Очень качественная мебель, посуда и подобного характера вещи, система умный дом. Советую для посещения!

Приятное тихое гнёздышко буквально на берегу моря. небольшая огороженная территория, очень милое пространство. Вполне уютный дом, очень теплый, все что надо есть в наличии. То, что можно взять с собой питомцев - просто великолепно! Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerichtet (tolle Aussicht) und eingerichtet (vor allem die Möbel - klasse). Unsere Teenager waren begeistert von Novus (Spiel) - es waren ein paar tolle Familienabende. Toll war, dass es an allen Fenstern (auch an der Terrassentür) Mückennetze gab, keine Mücken im Haus !!!! Toll ... es fehlte nichts. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da, und man konnte wirklich spüren, dass liebevoll an die Gäste gedacht wird - Vendenes Wasser zum Trinken, sehr gute Kosmetikartikel uzw. Und das alles an einer tollen Ostseeküste. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The surroundings are stunning: forest full of blueberries, mushrooms and a lake with clean water perfect for swimming. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, scooters for the kids. Viktorija & Martins are great hosts: always available to help if needed. We have experienced Cyclone Kirsti during our stay. The storm left a few trees broken and blocking the roads to/from the house. Martins was working ready hard to clear the broken trees to make sure that our stay was not affected. There are lots of interesting places to visit that are within 15-25 mins drive. We went to Jurmala and Riga a few times. I really enjoyed the Kemeri bog walk and Ragakāpa Nature Park which has a picturesque and quiet beach. But the kids enjoyed the most Marupe Wake Veikborda park (water obstacle course).

We had a wonderful stay at Brigita and Jurgis’ charming summer house. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The outdoor patio was a highlight—perfect for sunbathing during the day and enjoying dinners in the evening. The peaceful walk to the beach and nearby forest made the location even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Had a wonderful stay, the hosts were nice and responsive. Clean, cozy place. Neighborhood is great too, can have a nice walk to Lielupe that is nearby and public transport is nearby as well. Had everything you need and a snack bar in case you want a snack with good prices. Will be coming back to stay here again for sure! :)

Mājoklis bija ļoti tīrs, skaists, baudāms. Skaista atrašanās vieta, dažu metru attālumā no jūras. Ļoti sirsnīgi un atsaucīgi īpašnieki. Iesaku citiem un noteikti vēlētos atgriezties. 🌸

Peaceful and wonderful stay at this place. We enjoyed the clean and cozy apartment, very comfy bed, nice terrace which would be perfect to enjoy drinks in warmer weather. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal, good to know to take groceries with you as the nearest shop is a 5 minutes car drive away. Extra points for washer/ dryer which was handy to dry swimsuits after enjoying SPA and pool in the building next to the apartment. Overall romantic and relaxing stay!

Great apartment

Matkustettiin kaksi aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Lapsi majoittui lisävuoteella samassa tilassa vanhempien sängyn kanssa. Ulkoasultaan rakennus ei komeile, mutta sisältä puhdas, laadukkaat materiaalit, tehokas ilmastointi ja kaikki toimii. Sijainti erinomainen: Rauhallinen mutta silti kaikki ravintolat 30min kävelyn etäisyydellä, rantaan kävelee 10min. Myös juna -asemalle n. 5 minuuttia, jolla pääsee kahdella eurolla Riikaan. Vaikka asunto on siisti, se on aika minimalistinen eikä houkuttele hengailemaan. Toisaalta, meille sattui tosi hyvät kelit eikä sisällä oleminen pahemmin kiinnostanut. Television nettiyhteys riitti HD-videoiden striimaamiseen. TV-antennia ei oltu kytketty (emme jääneet kaipaamaan).
