We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.

Old West Cabin and River Access!

Hill Country River Ranch is 4 miles to main street. The Feed Mill is reminiscent of an old western feed store and sits on 28 acres. Our private access to the Pedernales River is only 200 yards away. This riverbank area is shared with other guests . We have a canoe, kayaks, picnic tables and BBQ pits for you to enjoy under the shaded pecan and oak trees. We are private, yet close enough for UberEats deliveries!
